Connect SMS
Go to Settings, and under the Channels section, open SMS, then click the ‘Connect’ button.
You will need a Twilio account to connect. Enter your Twilio SID, Auth Token, and Phone Number, then click the ‘Connect’ button.
Click the ‘Connect’ button.
Your SMS account is now successfully connected.
