Auto Reply

Brand can set up auto-replies for Instagram DMs when staff is busy for short periods. There are two types of auto-reply features: one for DMs and the other for story mentions.

For DMs, you can set a keyword that matches your requirements. If someone DMs with a keyword that matches, the system sends a message to the user as you’ve updated in the message fields.

For story mentions, when someone mentions the brand, the system sends the message you’ve updated.

If you define more than one message for story mentions, the system will send a random message to the user.

Go to Automation > Auto reply

DMs

  1. Name

    Enter friendly name

  2. Message

    Please enter the message that will be sent to the user for matching specific keywords.

  3. Keywords

    add up to 5 keywords.

Story Mention

  1. Name

    Friendly name

  2. Message

    Please enter the message that will be sent to the user randomly.
