Reflys is a comprehensive platform designed to enhance your Instagram marketing efforts. It seamlessly connects to your business Instagram account, providing robust tracking of mentions, and stories, and offering a custom inbox solution for Instagram Direct Messages (DMs).

By automating your Klaviyo flow, Reflys ensures that your profile updates, mentions, and e-commerce orders are seamlessly synced to Klaviyo. This automation streamlines your workflow, allowing you to focus on engaging with your audience and growing your brand. 

With Reflys, you can customize your email campaigns in Klaviyo to engage more effectively with influencers and gain followers. By leveraging the event data synced from your Instagram account, you can tailor your emails to resonate with your audience, driving higher engagement and conversions.

The main dashboard of Reflys features a visually appealing graphical presentation that provides key insights into your Instagram marketing performance. It includes a chart that displays sales data, with a date range picker that allows you to customize the date range for the data displayed. Additionally, a pie chart visually represents the distribution of orders across different countries, giving you a clear understanding of your international sales performance.

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find four prominent cards that highlight important metrics. These cards display the total number of media posts, profiles, orders, and total sales, giving you a quick overview of your Instagram marketing activity.

Overall, the main dashboard of Reflys offers a comprehensive and visually engaging overview of your Instagram marketing performance, making it easy to track key metrics and make informed decisions to optimize your strategy.


In the Reflys platform, each plan allows for the addition of a single store, which can be either a Shopify store or a WooCommerce store.

Shopify Store: For Shopify stores, the integration is available in the marketplace, making it easy to connect your store and access all the features of Reflys seamlessly.

WooCommerce Store: For WooCommerce stores, you can install the integration by providing your website URL. This will redirect you to an OAuth page for confirmation, ensuring secure integration between Reflys and your WooCommerce store.

By offering both Shopify and WooCommerce integrations, Reflys provides flexibility for users to choose the e-commerce platform that best suits their needs, while still enjoying the benefits of comprehensive Instagram marketing tools.


Reflys offers two main features: Coupons and Sales. With Coupon, you can generate codes for Shopify and WooCommerce, setting specific price rules for different segments over a defined time period. For influencers, codes are generated when they match a segment in the future. While WooCommerce doesn’t have built-in price rules, our system can generate discounts for it.

Reflys can track the number of orders generated for specific coupon codes and their total sales. In the Sales menu, Reflys tracks only the sales related to discounts existing in our system.


Reflys tracks User-Generated Content (UGC) on Instagram. When someone mentions your business Instagram account in a post, reel, or story, our system can record and track all media associated with that mention. This feature helps you stay informed about how your business is being mentioned and portrayed on Instagram.


Reflys provides comprehensive profile tracking on Instagram. It records when someone Direct Messages (DMs), mentions or tags your account. Reflys tracks various aspects of user profiles, including the number of followers and follows with your business account, your profile photo, and the Instagram profile link.

Additionally, Reflys offers insights into the latest posts, including comments, likes, and engagement rates. These insights help you understand how your audience is interacting with your content.


Reflys offers a chat feature that enables real-time communication when someone Direct Messages (DMs) your business. You can reply directly from the Reflys App, ensuring prompt and convenient customer support.

Additionally, Reflys provides a custom inbox solution where you can efficiently manage and resolve customer queries. This feature streamlines the support process, helping you provide effective and timely assistance to your customers.


Reflys’ automation features include building email lists by gathering emails when specific DM text is triggered, as configured in the Automation Email Settings. Similarly, Reflys can gather phone numbers based on specified triggers.

Reflys also offers an auto-reply feature, allowing you to set up automatic responses for DMs and story mentions. You can configure up to 5 different auto-reply messages for DMs and 5 for story mentions when your business is tagged in a story.


Reflys currently offers Klaviyo integration for email and SMS marketing. We provide basic flow triggers and also allow you to add complex flows according to your needs.

With our integration, all properties that enhance your flow customization are pushed, along with event triggers such as mentions in posts, reels, and stories, order placements, and profile updates. This ensures that you have access to a wide range of data points to tailor your marketing campaigns effectively.


In the Settings section of Reflys, you have the option to manage your profile updates and connect your Instagram business account. This allows you to keep your information current and maintain a seamless connection to your Instagram business presence.

For billing, Reflys provides a range of options. You can manage your subscription, including canceling, upgrading, or downgrading your plan. Additionally, you can update your payment method to ensure uninterrupted service.

My Account

The Instagram menu provides brand owners with insights into their profiles and media. This includes tracking key metrics such as follower growth, post engagement, and overall profile performance. Additionally, users can view and analyze their media content to understand its impact and audience reception.

In the Usage menu, you can list and graphically chart your usage of Reflys. This includes tracking the number of messages, profiles, media, and orders within the platform, allowing you to monitor your usage patterns and optimize your strategies accordingly.
