What happens if I reach a limit on my plan?

Once you reach a limit, such as your contact, live automation or team seat limit, you will need to make room before adding more. You can remove something you no longer use, add extra contacts (1,000 for $4.99, valid for one year), or move from Pro to Business for higher limits.

How much do the plans cost?

Pro is $12 per month, or $9 per month when billed annually. Business is $59 per month, or $44.25 per month when billed annually. Prices are fixed and do not change with your contact count.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. You can move between Pro and Business at any time from Manage Subscription in your billing settings.

What counts as a contact?

A contact is any individual who interacts with your connected Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, or website widget and agrees to receive messages. You can also create or import contacts through tools and integrations. Please note that followers and contacts are not the same.

How do I estimate how many contacts I’ll get?

You can get a rough idea by multiplying your number of followers by your average engagement rate. That gives you an estimate of how many users might start a conversation with you and become contacts.

Can I cap my monthly payment?

Your plan price is fixed, so it does not rise as your audience grows. The only additional cost is the optional extra contacts add-on (1,000 contacts for $4.99, valid for one year), which you choose to buy.
